How a Session Works

A simple, coach-guided circuit that takes about 10 minutes, once a week. No workout clothes, no equipment to learn, and no gym experience needed — just show up as you are.

What Happens in a Session

1

Arrive As You Are

No need to change clothes or bring gear — come straight from wherever your day has taken you.

2

Meet Your Coach

A certified coach greets you, checks in, and guides you through the session one-on-one.

3

Complete the Spectrum Circuit

A brief, low-impact circuit through four stations designed around osteogenic loading.

4

Review Your Results

Your coach walks you through your measurable feedback so you can track progress over time.

The Spectrum System: Four Stations

Each session moves through four stations built around osteogenic loading — brief, targeted impacts that provide your coach with measurable feedback along the way.

Core GT

A stable, controlled loading motion focused on the trunk and spine.

Lower GT

A weight-bearing station targeting the hip and pelvic region.

Upper GT

Upper-body loading that supports grip and arm strength.

Postural GT

A station designed around alignment and postural control.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

You do not need to prepare anything special. Wear whatever is comfortable — there is no need for workout clothes. When you arrive, you will meet your coach, complete a short intake, and get an orientation to the Spectrum System before your first session. Your coach will explain each station as you go and review your feedback with you at the end, so you always know what to expect at your next visit.
