Compression Therapy

Hyperice Normatec dynamic air compression for your legs, hips, and arms.

What Is Normatec Compression?

We use Hyperice Normatec compression. Normatec attachments fill with air in a pattern that moves through overlapping zones — gently squeezing and releasing — in a way designed to mimic the body’s natural muscle pump. Hyperice describes Normatec as intended to temporarily relieve minor muscle aches, temporarily increase circulation, and help with warm-up and recovery. At our Juno Beach center we carry leg, hip, and arm attachments.

What to Expect

Sessions are done fully clothed. You’ll sit or recline comfortably while a team member helps you into the leg, hip, or arm attachment and sets a comfortable intensity. The device then cycles through its compression pattern automatically — many members find it very relaxing. Hyperice notes that typical sessions run about 20 to 30 minutes.

Is This Right for You?

Compression therapy is offered as an optional, complementary amenity. It is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a history of blood clots, a circulation or vascular condition, a recent injury or surgery, are pregnant, or have any other medical concern, please talk with your healthcare provider before using compression — and let our team know before your session.
