Whatever is comfortable. There’s no need for workout clothes or a change of clothes — many members come in what they’re already wearing.

The devices themselves take about 10 minutes. Including check-in and a chat with your coach, plan on 20–30 minutes for your visit.

Some members notice mild muscle fatigue after a session, similar to using muscles in a new way. This is normal and typically temporary. As always, individual experiences vary.

OsteoStrong is a wellness service, not a medical treatment, so it is not billed to insurance.

Just once a week. Sessions are brief and once-weekly by design.

OsteoStrong is designed for adults across a range of fitness levels. If you have a medical condition, please talk with your healthcare provider before starting any new physical activity, including OsteoStrong.

You’ll be welcomed in, walk through an intake and orientation with a coach, and complete your first session on the Spectrum System so you know exactly what to expect going forward.

Members report and coaches observe improvements over time in areas like posture, balance, and everyday strength, but results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Consistency with your weekly session matters.
