The Core Spectrum Session
A brief, once-weekly, coach-guided session using our four-device Spectrum System. This is the heart of the OsteoStrong experience and where members spend most of their time with us — designed to support skeletal strength, posture, and balance. See how a session works →

REMS / EchoLight
A quick, radiation-free bone density assessment using ultrasound technology, available by appointment as an add-on.

LIMFA® Therapy is an FDA-cleared, low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) system that, according to its manufacturer, is indicated for muscle relaxation and a local increase in blood circulation. It works through clothing using gentle, preset magnetic signal programs — no skin contact or special preparation needed. LIMFA is offered as an optional, complementary session; at our center it is not provided as a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. H-Wave
H-Wave uses gentle electrical stimulation and is available as an optional add-on for members who want extra support for everyday muscle comfort and recovery between sessions. It’s quick and relaxing, with no special preparation needed. H-Wave is optional and complementary; it is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy uses low-level red and near-infrared light to gently warm the skin and underlying tissue. Many members add it before or after their Spectrum session as a relaxing way to wind down, and it’s often chosen to help support recovery and overall well-being. Sessions are short, comfortable, and fully clothed. Red Light Therapy is optional and complementary — it is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Compression Therapy
We use Hyperice Normatec compression, with leg, hip, and arm attachments available. Normatec uses dynamic air compression to gently support circulation and ease everyday muscle tension after a session. Many members add it as a relaxing way to wind down. Sessions are quick, fully clothed, and require no special preparation. Compression Therapy is offered as an optional, complementary amenity. BioCharger
The BioCharger is an optional wellness device available on-site that combines light, frequency, and gentle electromagnetic energy in a single short session. Members often use it while relaxing between appointments as part of their broader wellness routine, and some report feeling more energized or relaxed afterward. As with our other add-on amenities, the BioCharger is voluntary and complementary — it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
PureWave PEMI
PureWave PEMI uses gentle pulsed electromagnetic fields and is available as an optional add-on for members who want extra support for everyday comfort and relaxation between sessions.
