What Is H-Wave?
H-Wave is an electrical stimulation device. Its manufacturer describes it as a multi-functional device intended to help speed recovery and restore function, and notes that H-Wave holds several FDA clearances. At OsteoStrong Juno Beach, H-Wave is offered as an optional recovery amenity — not as a medical treatment.
What to Expect
A team member places small electrode pads on the skin over the area you’d like to focus on, then starts the device at a low setting and adjusts it to a level that feels comfortable. You’ll feel a gentle pulsing or rhythmic muscle movement while you relax.
Is This Right for You?
H-Wave is offered as an optional, complementary amenity. It is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Please do not use H-Wave if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implanted electronic device, and talk with your healthcare provider first if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or seizure disorder, or have any other medical concern. If you are managing pain or recovering from an injury or surgery, your healthcare provider is the right person to guide your care.
